Share a ride, save the earth

All this talk about global warming makes one reflect on how a single person can affect or make a difference to save the world we live in. Have you thought about it? If you do, then how about giving up your comfortable ride in your own car and hop into somebody else’s car for a ride? Huh? You might ask how it can help the environment. You see, when people share a ride, it means less vehicles plying the roads which results to less harmful car emissions. Right?

Sharing a ride or Carpool is being encouraged for everyone to practice. Ridesearch especially launched a website to promote this car sharing idea to everybody. With carpooling, the demand for gas will decrease resulting to lowering of gas price. Also greenhouse gases will reduce; and it will all save us money. Think how less polluted our air will be when there are only few vehicles running, and think how free of traffic our roads will be. Isn’t that great?

You can download Ridesearch flyers to give out to the public as your part in spreading the word of carpooling. Think of this as your way of helping the environment, for yourself, your family and your children.
